- Translates/publishes relevant publications, such as IFLA PAC International Guidelines
- To enhance the public awareness of the importance of preservation in Korea
- Distributes local/international theses/studies on resource preservation technologies to libraries
- Holds training sessions/seminars on resource preservation and technologies
- Cooperates international preservation activities and promotes preservation activities in Korea
- Share the activities of Korea center with other countries
