To mark the 100th anniversary of the foundation of the Korean Provisional Government, the National Library of Korea showcases parts of records on the interim government and its independence movement from the Korean modern historical records which the National Archives and Records Administration of the U.S. has collected. The current collection consists mainly of historical records related to the Korean Provisional Government in Chongqing, China, the Korean volunteer corps led by Kim Won-bong (also known by his pen name of Yaksan), major independence movement organizations in the U.S. and Koreans abroad. The originals related to the Korean independence movement are made available on the Website of the National Library of Korea at no charge.
