Research Materials of Migration Policies
Introduction of Migration Research & Training Centre(MRTC) was established in December 2012 by the treaty made between the International Organization for Migration(IOM) and the Korean government. MRTC conducts diverse studies and offers a wide variety of educational training programs to build up the foundation of migration policies.
Taking into consideration the interdisciplinary nature of the migration field, MRTC is making endeavors to meet diverse research needs with an investigation, research, and analysis of domestic & overseas migration trends and migration-related policies.
In particular, MRTC engages itself in a wide variety of studies ranging from the investigation into foreign residents in Korea to migration policies and environmental change, contributing to the development of migration policies and creating a new policy direction.
