    The National Library of Korea (Chief Executive : Heesop Kim) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Korean War Memorial Project Committee (Chairman: Baek Seung-joo) on Thursday, May 29, at the meeting room of the War Memorial of Korea.

    This agreement was established to build a close cooperative framework between institutions that collect overseas Korea-related materials and to promote mutual growth of both organizations.

    The main points of the agreement are as follows:

    • Cooperation in sharing and jointly utilizing national knowledge resources

    • Exchange of technical information for building data on national knowledge resources

    • Collaboration on academic, exhibition, and educational projects related to the history of the Korean War

    • Other matters deemed necessary for mutual cooperation
