    The National Library of Korea (Chief Executive Kim Heesop) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (President Bang Seung-chan) on Friday, May 23, to promote mutual exchange and cooperation.

    The main points of the MOU are as follows:

    • Securing artificial intelligence technology to establish a foundation for smart libraries

    • Cooperation in sharing library collections to utilize and advance AI technology
