    On October 14th (Monday) at 11 AM, the National Library of Korea held the opening ceremony of the exhibition Webtro: Digital Memory in the exhibition hall on the first floor of its main building.

    To celebrate the 20th anniversary of OASIS, the only web preservation project in Korea that began in 2004, the library organized a special exhibition to introduce to the public the web resources preserved by OASIS.

    The opening ceremony was attended by Han Kyung-koo, Secretary-General of the UNESCO Korean Committee; Professor Seo Eun-kyung of Hanseong University; Director Hwang Geum-sook of the National Library for the Disabled; and others. Jeffrey Van Der Hoeven, Chair of the International Internet Preservation Consortium (IIPC), also sent a congratulatory letter to celebrate the opening of the exhibition.
