On April 12(Wed), in celebration of the 1st Library Day, the NLK held various events in and out of the library including participating in Gwanghwamun Square library camp, NLK preservation storage special tour etc. Especially, April 12 this year is the first year to designate the Library Day an official holiday, so the NLK arranged abundant events to celebrate the Library Day with the entire public.

The NLK opened the NLK preservation storage where all knowledge information of Korea is preserved. The special tour that allows users to have a look themselves at the material preservation storage etc. not open to the public normally was held two times in total at 10am and 2pm on April 12(Wed).
